1. Shipping Methods & Terms
International Shipping: We support global shipping via Sea Freight (FOB, CIF, or DDP depending on client requirements) for bulk orders, as well as Air Freight and Express Couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for samples and urgent spare parts.
Freight Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the gross weight, volume, and final destination port or address of the order. Detailed shipping costs will be outlined in your formal quotation or commercial invoice.
2. Processing & Lead Time
Sample Orders: Usually dispatched within 2 to 7 business days upon payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Bulk/Production Orders: Standard manufacturing lead time ranges from 15 to 30 business days, depending on the specific stage equipment model and order quantity.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international B2B shipments, import duties, taxes, and local customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless a specific DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) agreement has been made in writing.
