The LONSEN production line consists of woodworkers with decades of experience. From selecting plates to machine tool cutting and splicing, every plate is meticulously polished to lay a solid foundation for zero-defect production. LONSEN spares no expense to build a strong R&D team and a super large-scale audio manufacturing base in the industry, with a workshop area exceeding 6,000 square meters. By combining advanced digital simulation design software with the industry’s top Italian CLIO electro-acoustic test system, R&D engineers optimize structural design, electro-acoustic performance, acoustics, materials, and thermal conductivity, driving continuous innovation and improvement.
The company focuses on cutting-edge technology exploration and high-end application solutions. To this end, a high-level R&D team led by senior electro-acoustic, structural, and application engineers, project managers, production craftsmen, and overseas experts has been established. Leveraging a CNAS-certified acoustic testing center, LONSEN actively collaborates with renowned institutes and national laboratories to achieve breakthroughs in high-end technologies. Currently, LONSEN holds over 30 domestic and international patents and develops more than 20 new products and system solutions annually.
